I had a great experience working with Jeff in both the sale of my home (in Canton) and the purchase of a new home (in Rodgers Forge)! He was incredibly knowledgeable, always patient with my MANY questions, very accessible (at all different times/weekends) and always quick to respond with any questions/issues/concerns. As a first time home buyer, Jeff helped me exponentially. He made the entire process of buying a house seamless. Always answered emails and phone calls when we had questions and went above and beyond when it came to accommodating our schedule, our price range and all the ins and outs a first time home buyer needs. I can't even begin to explain how great it was working with Jeff. He is patient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Jeff goes the extra mile and it's plain to see that he is genuine in his efforts ay of making you feel like efforts to make sure his clients are happy. Not only did he find the perfect home for us, but he managed to get us a great deal. Jeff was instrumental in the entire process of selling my house. He worked diligently from the beginning, establishing a well thought out asking price. The small size of the house resulted in a smaller pool of potential buyers but Jeff's marketing skills found one in about 6 weeks. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Jeff, whether you are selling or buying a house.
