We were looking for an investment property in a good area of Baltimore. Jeffrey was aware of our needs and worked hard to find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. He advised us in all aspects of the sale and went out of his way to accommodate us since we were out of town. He met inspectors and arranged the settlement electronically. We could not have found a better fit for our needs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeffrey Gaines to anyone looking for a new home or investment property.

Very knowledgable about the greater Baltimore area, especially about each individual neighborhood. Never pushy, was quick to point out pros and cons of each house we saw with him, including deal breakers we might have otherwise missed. We ended up in our dream home and he helped us through the entire process. Always available by phone and very attentive and honest. He is also a good guy; I would not hesitate to recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat.
