Our experience with Jeffrey Gaines was superb!!! Mr. Gaines was our listing agent, and he also found our dream house for us. He walked us through each and every step of our contracts, which of course entailed a lot of moving parts and contingencies. He helped get our prior house ready for sale, and once listed, we were under contract in less than 24 hours!! This allowed us to move up the closing date on our purchase. Mr. Gaines is a true exemplar of professionalism, and carefully guided us through each step of our transactions. Even when issues inevitably arose, Mr. Gaines assured us that any problem could be solved, and he unequivocally delivered. He comes with a great network that assures a smooth transaction. Should any of my family or friends need the services of a realtor, I will not hesitate to send them to Mr. Gaines! He is the BEST in the business.
