Despite facing a sewage line issue involving Baltimore City that delayed closing, Jeff worked hard to push for a resolution and maintained consistent communication with me throughout. Jeff was incredibly helpful throughout this entire process. I am a first-time homebuyer, and from start to finish, Jeff answered every one of my questions with kindness and a thorough knowledge-base. He clearly knows the ins and outs of the real estate scene in the Baltimore area. Additionally, the home I put an offer on ended up having a niche sewage line issue involving Baltimore City, which required some creativity and lots of moving parts to figure out a solution. Ultimately, the problem was solved, which is not an easy feat for an issue involving the city. I was able to close on the house I wanted.
