This guy eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate. He is a workhorse and will do everything in his power to take care of you. I would 100% recommend using Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Baltimore area. I used Jeff to both buy and sell. He was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Jeff has great connections with different contractors that made selling easy with a short closing window. He also is quite a snappy dresser, the man's fashion sense is second to none. Ask where he gets his suits.

The first thing you'll notice about Jeffrey is that he's an incredibly snappy dresser. After that you'll be impressed by his conscientiousness, knowledge, and attention to your home needs. We purchased our first home with Jeffrey's help, and we were a little unsure of what we were looking for in a home, as well as the specific location. We saw a lot of homes up front, and Jeffrey was incredibly helpful in helping us really "see" a property. There's a lot that I didn't know to look for, and after touring a few homes with his help I had a much better eye for the details. He also has a great knowledge of the area, and was willing to pop in on short notice to tour a location. We found a home that we love, in an area we're excited to set down roots. My father will actually be moving to the area, and we passed Jeffrey's information along to him as well. Only good things to say.

Jeff was very helpful. He knew our neighborhood and kept in contact with us on almost a daily basis. The companies he recommended for preparing our house to be showed did good work. The closing went beautifully. I would encourage anyone to have Jeff buy or sell their home.

Jeffrey Gaines is a knowledgeable, polite, and responsive professional in every aspect of the description and process - both buying and selling- we were more than pleased/satisfied with his expertise. Our experience with Jeffrey Gaines was superb!!! Mr. Gaines was our listing agent, and he also found our dream house for us. He walked us through each and every step of our contracts, which of course entailed a lot of moving parts and contingencies. He helped get our prior house ready for sale, and once listed, we were under contract in less than 24 hours!! This allowed us to move up the closing date on our purchase. Mr. Gaines is a true exemplar of professionalism, and carefully guided us through each step of our transactions. Even when issues inevitably arose, Mr. Gaines assured us that any problem could be solved, and he unequivocally delivered. He comes with a great network that assures a smooth transaction. Should any of my family or friends need the services of a realtor, I will not hesitate to send them to Mr. Gaines! He is the BEST in the business.

We had such a lovely experience working with Jeff! For first time home buyers, he made the entire process easy. From the very first conversation, he put us at ease and while working with him, we never felt pressured to buy...even after looking at a ton of homes, some of which we asked to go back to multiple times. He guided us the whole way and had amazing communication. He kept us on track for our closing, taking care of all the scheduling and setting up everything up for us and alleviated any stress and additional work for us. Even though we realized he had plenty of clients, he always made us feel like we were the #1 priority! As first time home buyers, Jeff was able to provide insight and a level of expertise in things we would have likely overlooked. We would highly recommend!
