Jeff did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. From the beginning, he strongly encouraged us to properly prep and stage the house before listing, and that advice absolutely paid off with an over-asking offer. His knowledge of the local market was evident throughout the entire process, and he guided us with confidence every step of the way. What really stood out was his ability to strike the perfect balance between being aggressive when it mattered while also remaining patient and strategic. We never felt pressured, but we always felt like he was working hard to maximize our outcome. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
