As a first time home buyer in a competitive market, I was anxious to begin the daunting process of searching for my perfect home. Working with Jeff was the best decision I could have made. Jeff took the time to get to know me, my wants, needs, and deal breakers before we even started looking at houses. He guided me through the entire process with patience, knowledge and wisdom. Jeff made himself available to help show me homes (some multiple times) and answer any questions I had. Our communication didn't stop after settlement - he took the time to check in, making sure the move went smoothly. If that isn't going above and beyond, I don't know what is. Jeff helped me find my perfect home and I am so grateful to him! I can't recommend working with Jeff enough! He is the BEST of the BEST! THANK YOU, JEFF!!!!

From the first time I sat down with Jeff, I was confident he could help our family find a great home. Despite the tough market conditions, Jeff guided us through evaluating houses, providing comps, talking through our options, and eventually putting in offers. Like many who try to buy a house today, we lost a few times. Jeff was there to help us put in competitive offers and contained to be available in the evenings and on weekends to show us many more great houses. Eventually, we found a house that checks all of our boxes, and FINALLY, our offer was accepted. Jeff didn't stop there. He was at our home inspection and made himself available for questions and concerns all the way through closing. It was a pleasure to have Jeff on our team throughout the process!

This was my first time buying a home. I was concerned about the process at first. However, Jeffrey was excellent at communicating the details along the process. He sent recommendations within the price point my girlfriend and I were searching for and successfully found our home. I felt very confident along the process that he would find and organize all the steps. Not once did I find myself lost along the way. It was like following bread crumbs to grandma's house, just no monsters or ovens. This brought me a great deal of comfort that this would go smoothly; not all people find themselves so lucky especially during these times. I would give this man a kidney if needed in order to aid his conquest of the real-estate world. Thank you kind sir for all the effort and in all seriousness this was signifyingly better than I first had stepped into the market.
