Jeff did a great job with a problem property and a difficult lender. Grateful that he stuck with it and made this one happen, a lot of agents would have just walked away. Jeff did a wonderful job of reassuring the buyers and agent that we could make the deal work even when the seller's lender was slow and unresponsive. Would definitely use again.

Jeffrey is an extremely reliable and knowledgeable realtor. He managed to sell our house in five days. He worked tirelessly throughout the whole process. He answered every call, every email. He went to every inspection. He gave great advice on numerous occasions. In addition to his time commitment selling our house, he dedicated a lot of his time to finding a new house for us. Jeff helped me with buying a house that was exactly within my requirements. He is very knowledgeable, absolute professional. He was a great at communicating with me for every step of the process. I'm currently overseas, we didn't communicate through traditional phone calls, and we used other apps for text and phone calls besides emails. He did record videos when he did the viewing for couple of houses, it was like I was there walking with him. He simply made this process easier for me.

We were looking for a house in the city and wound up getting in touch with Jeffrey. He helped make the process so much easier for us since we were relocating from North Central Florida and had never even been the Baltimore. Jeffrey's knowledge of the city, FaceTime walkthroughs of potential houses, and facilitation of the purchase made what could have been an untenable search straightforward and enjoyable. He even gave us a tour of the city when we came in to town for the closing. We enjoyed working with Jeffrey and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

This was my first time buying a home. I was concerned about the process at first. However, Jeffrey was excellent at communicating the details along the process. He sent recommendations within the price point my girlfriend and I were searching for and successfully found our home. I felt very confident along the process that he would find and organize all the steps. Not once did I find myself lost along the way. It was like following bread crumbs to grandma's house, just no monsters or ovens. This brought me a great deal of comfort that this would go smoothly; not all people find themselves so lucky especially during these times. I would give this man a kidney if needed in order to aid his conquest of the real-estate world. Thank you kind sir for all the effort and in all seriousness this was signifyingly better than I first had stepped into the market.

From the first time I sat down with Jeff, I was confident he could help our family find a great home. Despite the tough market conditions, Jeff guided us through evaluating houses, providing comps, talking through our options, and eventually putting in offers. Like many who try to buy a house today, we lost a few times. Jeff was there to help us put in competitive offers and contained to be available in the evenings and on weekends to show us many more great houses. Eventually, we found a house that checks all of our boxes, and FINALLY, our offer was accepted. Jeff didn't stop there. He was at our home inspection and made himself available for questions and concerns all the way through closing. It was a pleasure to have Jeff on our team throughout the process!
