My father was a 2nd home owner looking to sell his Baltimore property. We needed a full service agent to organize needed repairs and make certain the property was in top shape for listing. Mr. Gaines did all that and more, including providing advice on appropriate pricing for the listing which resulted in a prompt contract and closing. We would highly recommend Mr. Gaines for his knowledge, customer service and professionalism - especially in service of clients that were out-of-town.
