1. Jeff Gaines was more than I have experienced over the sale/purchase of my past 5 homes, since 1974. I never could have thought that a realtor could perform his "job" as efficiently, as thoroughly, as professionally, with years of experience far beyond his 15 years in this highly competitive industry. Not just from my viewpoint of 77 years, (51 years in my industry); but also, from my wife's ___ years, we could not have found anyone better for Rita's and my Rush-Rush needs than Jeffrey Gaines.
