This was my first time buying a home. I was concerned about the process at first. However, Jeffrey was excellent at communicating the details along the process. He sent recommendations within the price point my girlfriend and I were searching for and successfully found our home. I felt very confident along the process that he would find and organize all the steps. Not once did I find myself lost along the way. It was like following bread crumbs to grandma's house, just no monsters or ovens. This brought me a great deal of comfort that this would go smoothly; not all people find themselves so lucky especially during these times. I would give this man a kidney if needed in order to aid his conquest of the real-estate world. Thank you kind sir for all the effort and in all seriousness this was signifyingly better than I first had stepped into the market.

Jeff made the home buying process for new time home owners a breeze. When my fianc? and I wanted to start looking for a house we were nervous and had no idea where to start. Jeff was able to explain every step to us in a way we understood and were comfortable with. He was so accommodating with scheduling meetings and phone calls. I'm a nurse and my schedule can be difficult. Jeff was able to take our phone calls/texts at any time of day or night. He even continued to keep in contact with us while he was on vacation. I am happy to say Jeff found us our dream home in Baltimore City! From the first phone call to even after everything was signed Jeff and his team were incredible. We truly could not recommend him enough!

Jeff was recommended to me by a local real estate attorney, who said that Jeff and his family had worked with them often. In fact, Jeff's family has 50 years of experience selling real estate in the area. My family has moved a number of times, and we have never had a more excellent realtor. Jeff is very personable, a calming influence throughout the sale process, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale. He is pragmatic, but remains optimistic, upbeat and creative when faced with inevitable challenges. We were also able to rely on service people Jeff brought in on short notice; he seems to have an extensive network to draw upon when needed. Jeff communicated constantly and responded instantly. He is great!

From the first time I sat down with Jeff, I was confident he could help our family find a great home. Despite the tough market conditions, Jeff guided us through evaluating houses, providing comps, talking through our options, and eventually putting in offers. Like many who try to buy a house today, we lost a few times. Jeff was there to help us put in competitive offers and contained to be available in the evenings and on weekends to show us many more great houses. Eventually, we found a house that checks all of our boxes, and FINALLY, our offer was accepted. Jeff didn't stop there. He was at our home inspection and made himself available for questions and concerns all the way through closing. It was a pleasure to have Jeff on our team throughout the process!

We were looking for a house in the city and wound up getting in touch with Jeffrey. He helped make the process so much easier for us since we were relocating from North Central Florida and had never even been the Baltimore. Jeffrey's knowledge of the city, FaceTime walkthroughs of potential houses, and facilitation of the purchase made what could have been an untenable search straightforward and enjoyable. He even gave us a tour of the city when we came in to town for the closing. We enjoyed working with Jeffrey and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
