As first time home buyers we were extremely overwhelmed and confused about the process of buying a home. Jeff was recommended to us by friends and he exceeded our expectations. Jeff was extremely helpful and responsive and we felt we could rely on him and his judgment through every step of the process. He went above and beyond for us putting in late nights and long phone calls to help us buy our dream house in a crazy market. We would highly recommend Jeff for anyone buying or selling a home!

My father was a 2nd home owner looking to sell his Baltimore property. We needed a full service agent to organize needed repairs and make certain the property was in top shape for listing. Mr. Gaines did all that and more, including providing advice on appropriate pricing for the listing which resulted in a prompt contract and closing. Honest, professional, and has great expertise in the area! Highly recommend! Jeff was so helpful and patients throughout the process of our first time sale. He went the extra mile to help us find contractors and landscapers to do work on the house since we are not currently living in the area. He also helped us close the deal while we were outside the country which I'm sure was challenging. The whole process was so easy for us and knowing we were in good hands made it so much less stressful. Would definitely use him again !

Let me tell you about our experience with Jeffrey Gaines. The relationship started in 2018 when he helped us land a rental of our dreams. We kept in touch with Jeffrey periodically over the next three years, knowing that he would guide my wife and I through our first home buying experience on day. One night laying in bed, my thumb scrolled to an area on the Zillow map that my wife and I did not intend on searching. Low and behold, country charm meets city living right in our price range. We contacted Jeffrey to let him know about our find. We had a tour within three days, under contract in four (beating out three other bids w/ education around an escalation clause), inspected in 8 days, and closed in about 30 days. Naturally a hiccup occurred on closing day but Jeffrey adjusted the sails and landed us in port with grace. If I had to define Jeffrey as an agent an individual, I would say that he stands firm in his morals, for his clients and is, metaphorically speaking, the best non-abrasive dish soap you've ever used, leaving the deal squeaky clean, textured shine, none of the grime. Thanks for the best home buying process we could ask for, Jeffrey. 11/10 would recommend.
