I had a great experience working with Jeff in both the sale of my home (in Canton) and the purchase of a new home (in Rodgers Forge)! He was incredibly knowledgeable, always patient with my MANY questions, very accessible (at all different times/weekends) and always quick to respond with any questions/issues/concerns. I absolutely recommend Jeff for both the home selling and home buying process!!

I recently rented in Rodgers Forge where Colin represented the home owner. I was in a hurry and was able to meet Colin on several occasions at random parts of the day and wrap things up very quickly. It took several visits & I was moving in one week after our first meeting.

As a first time home buyer, Jeff helped me exponentially. He made the entire process of buying a house seamless. He was very professional with a lot of great knowledge and was able to understand exactly what I was looking for. We must have looked at about 15 houses and Jeff was able to provide me invaluable insight on every single one. He was always looking out for my best interest. I can't even begin to explain how great it was working with Jeff. He is patient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Jeff goes the extra mile and it's plain to see that he is genuine in his efforts ay of making you feel like efforts to make sure his clients are happy. Not only did he find the perfect home for us, but he managed to get us a great deal. He made the entire process go smoothly and knowing we had him in our corner was the reassurance we needed, especially as first time homebuyers.
