The small size of the house resulted in a smaller pool of potential buyers but Jeff's marketing skills found one in about 6 weeks. Jeff was amazing, very personable and was very professional throughout the whole process. We asked for a quick close and we did everything in under 30 days! Always answered emails and phone calls when we had questions and went above and beyond when it came to accommodating our schedule, our price range and all the ins and outs a first time home buyer needs. Jeff was instrumental in my process of finding the right home to rent in downtown Baltimore! He was super flexible with my roommates, and my work schedules. Whether that meant early Sunday showings, or even working later during the weekdays he was so accommodating! Jeff expedited the process for getting a lease formed and signed so that we could have the property we wanted! I would 100% work with Jeff again, and recommend that anyone who has real estate needs to contact him!
