Always had our best interests in mind; always reachable; quick to respond; kept us up to date along the entire process. Helped us getting repairmen to fix items from the inspection, went over to the house almost daily to check on the repairmen's work as we were out of town. He was our intermediary between us and the Title company solving issues as they arose. Would highly recommend him.

Working with Jeff was FANTASTIC!! He was on target from the beginning. He worked around my schedule. His local knowledge for downtown Baltimore is phenomenal! The ultimate professional and great to work with. In addition Jeff has the connections to put together a full service team for a Loan officer, inspectors and title company that were all top notch!.. I could not have asked for a better team or a better experience.

Jeff Gaines and his team were fantastic to work with! Jeff and I developed a rhythm to going out and seeing houses and we packed a good number in each visit. A few were put on a revisit/review short list and I selected a house to make an offer on. Jeff and team were great at making it all run smoothly. They were focused and attentive and kept me on track. Jeffs recommendations for a loan officer were great too. Jeff's advise and recommendations were outstanding. I recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home in or around Baltimore!
