Jeff knows the Baltimore City/County area very well, and has been in the business long enough to develop relationships with other real estate agents, contractors, designers, builders, lenders, etc. Having such a good pulse on the local market and connections to everyone involved was very helpful in ensuring that I had access to the best housing inventory and ultimately in closing the deal on my home. He's professional, punctual, and always prepared, but also genuinely has your best interests in mind. I'd highly recommend Jeff, without hesitation.

I had a great experience working with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His personality and expertise made me feel very comfortable and confident while house-hunting. If you're looking for someone who knows how to win deals, it's Jeff. He gave us lots of insight on the strategies to use in the current market to help us be more competitive. On the home tours, he provided a wealth of information on what to look for so we could make a more informed choice. As first time homebuyers, this kind of attention to detail was exactly what we needed to feel comfortable. Jeff was always responsive to any questions we had and communicated information very clearly, from setting up the home inspection to connecting us with a great lender, Marc Hayes, over at HomeSale Mortgage. We had a great experience working with Jeff! He was always very pleasant and incredibly responsive. Even while he was on vacation he replied promptly to text messages and was often available for quick phone calls to discuss offer developments, strategy, etc. He helped us navigate a very competitive housing market and found us a place within our budget that met our criteria by moving quickly on new listings and turning offers around within hours. He also supported us when we decided to pull out of a contract after inspection and continued working tirelessly with us until we were happy in our new home. He was also intimately familiar with the Baltimore area and was able to advise us on each neighborhood we looked at. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I first met Jeff at an open house showing. His professional, informative, and easy going demeanor made me choose him as our realtor for our first home.
