We had such a lovely experience working with Jeff! For first time home buyers, he made the entire process easy. From the very first conversation, he put us at ease and while working with him, we never felt pressured to buy...even after looking at a ton of homes, some of which we asked to go back to multiple times. He guided us the whole way and had amazing communication. He kept us on track for our closing, taking care of all the scheduling and setting up everything up for us and alleviated any stress and additional work for us. Even though we realized he had plenty of clients, he always made us feel like we were the #1 priority! As first time home buyers, Jeff was able to provide insight and a level of expertise in things we would have likely overlooked. We would highly recommend!

Jeff helped me with buying a house that was exactly within my requirements. He is very knowledgeable, absolute professional. He was a great at communicating with me for every step of the process. I'm currently overseas, we didn't communicate through traditional phone calls, and we used other apps for text and phone calls besides emails. He did record videos when he did the viewing for couple of houses, it was like I was there walking with him. He simply made this process easier for me.

I would definitely recommend Jeff Gaines if you are looking to buy or sell your home. I have worked with him not once but twice to purchase (2017) and then sell (2020) my previous home. Jeff did a great job with a problem property and a difficult lender. Grateful that he stuck with it and made this one happen, a lot of agents would have just walked away. Jeff did a wonderful job of reassuring the buyers and agent that we could make the deal work even when the seller's lender was slow and unresponsive. Would definitely use again.

He went to every inspection. He gave great advice on numerous occasions. In addition to his time commitment selling our house, he dedicated a lot of his time to finding a new house for us. Our experience with Jeffrey Gaines was superb!!! Mr. Gaines was our listing agent, and he also found our dream house for us. He walked us through each and every step of our contracts, which of course entailed a lot of moving parts and contingencies. He helped get our prior house ready for sale, and once listed, we were under contract in less than 24 hours!! This allowed us to move up the closing date on our purchase. Mr. Gaines is a true exemplar of professionalism, and carefully guided us through each step of our transactions. Even when issues inevitably arose, Mr. Gaines assured us that any problem could be solved, and he unequivocally delivered. He comes with a great network that assures a smooth transaction.
