Jeff expedited the process for getting a lease formed and signed so that we could have the property we wanted! After getting a new job in Maryland, Jeffrey was referred to us to help us find a rental property. We didn't want to buy right away so Jeff lined up about 11 places for us to see all of which match our want list. When we decided on a place, Jeff acted as the middle man between us and our new landlord. He helped with processing the application and answered all questions we had along the way. About mid way through our lease we wanted to start the process of looking at houses and even though it was a little early Jeff showed us every place we wanted to see. He would be ready with all of the housing updates and had great knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods. When it came time to make an offer he made it easy and got it accepted while we were on vacation. Unfortunately that fell through due to landlord/lease issues but non of that was in his control. We stayed in touch and after seeing what my wife thought was the perfect house we immediately contacted Jeff to get the ball rolling again. His suggestion of an escalation clause helped us out bid the other party and we are 2 weeks into our new house and couldn't be happier. He was patient when he had to be and fast moving when it was appropriate. We appreciate his hard work and dedication to putting us in the house meant for us.
