We first met Colin Gaines when we were relocating to the Baltimore area. Colin took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and sent multiple properties to review ahead of time on line. He was thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the city and surrounding suburbs. Colin found us an amazing apartment to rent in the city and when we were ready to buy a house, we knew who to call. Colin found our perfect house in less than one month and we were moving in six weeks later. We could not have accomplished these timelines without Collins experience and perseverance. In addition, Colin is a very nice and is a pleasure to work with. He has our highest recommendation!

Very knowledgable about the greater Baltimore area, especially about each individual neighborhood. Never pushy, was quick to point out pros and cons of each house we saw with him, including deal breakers we might have otherwise missed. We ended up in our dream home and he helped us through the entire process. Always available by phone and very attentive and honest. He is also a good guy; I would not hesitate to recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat.
